Wait at least 6 to 12 hours after your treatment before washing your hair to allow the Keravive Peptide Complex to fully absorb. Avoid blow-drying or applying heat tools for the first hour after your visit.
Yes to all. The Keravive treatment and take-home spray are safe with bonded or tape-in extensions, braids, and locs — the spray is applied to the scalp, not the hair itself. Color-treated hair is also fine; the treatment will not affect color or dyes.
Keravive is not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding (it has not been studied in those populations), or with active scalp infections, open wounds, recent scalp procedures, or active conditions like psoriasis or dermatitis flares. If you've had skin cancer on the scalp, consult your physician before starting. Your consultation, under Dr. Iso's medical direction, will determine if this is the right fit for you.
PRP (platelet-rich plasma) is an injectable treatment using your own blood-derived growth factors, applied via microneedling or injection.
